Our main water line sprung a leak and it was such a inconvenience when you don't have proper running water. After finding Precision on Google, I decided to give him a call. He was very responsive and was the first out of 3 plumbers to arrive next day in the AM. He was very easy to talk to and didn't try to up sell like the other ones. Our main sewer line had been giving us issues for over a year. Slow drains, weird smells in the backyard, and finally a backup in the guest bathroom that pushed us over the edge. Got three quotes for a sewer replacement for our home in Laguna and these guys came in not the cheapest but definitely the most thorough. The tech ran a camera down the line first and walked me through exactly what we were looking at on his tablet. Turned out we had old clay pipe with two big root intrusions and a partial collapse near the cleanout. They scheduled the work for the following week and got it done in two days. Crew was respectful, kept the yard damage to a minimum, and even reseeded the section of grass they had to dig up. Haven't had a single issue since and I sleep better knowing it's handled.

I’m usually very nervous to call any sort of service company. I feel like they always make me feel stupid and rip me off. My toilet was clogged and I was already embarrassed to contact anyone. Was bracing for a hard sell when our 14 year old water heater started leaking. Two other plumbers basically tried to push tankless on me before they even looked at the unit. Called Precision in Mission Viejo and he came out the next morning, walked through both options, laid out the real cost difference and the gas line work tankless would need. No pressure either way. We went with a 50 gallon tank because the math made sense for our family. He pulled the permit, did the install the next day, hauled the old one out, and strapped the new one properly for earthquake code. Straightforward company.

Slow drains in pretty much every sink and tub at the same time, which I now know is not a good sign. Called Precision on a Monday morning and they came to the house by 1pm. He camera scoped the line first, showed me a wall of grease and gunk about thirty feet out, and explained why snaking it would only buy me a few months. They hydrojeted the whole line for a fair price. Drains have been running smoothly. Saved as #1 Plumber lol.

These things always seem to happen on the weekend - the outlet from my water heater started leaking. I did a Google search to find a plumber that was open and found Precision Plumbing in Mission Viejo. Within an hour of my call, Martin was at my door. He diagnosed the problem and gave me some options. I chose getting a new water heater and fixing associated fittings.
Martin was back out Monday morning to do the work. They were prompt, professional and friendly. They knew I had a tight schedule and they finished earlier than expected. They double checked to make sure everything was working, including replacing the pressure regulator to the house, which probably saved me from an even bigger future repair bill.

Martin helped us in the past with a clogged drain and this time with a slab leak. Again, I can't say enough good things about his team. From the start, it was clear they really know their stuff and are incredibly transparent and honest. They were thorough with the inspection and took the time to explain everything in detail.
