Slow drains, weird smells in the backyard, and finally a backup in the guest bathroom that pushed us over the edge. Got three quotes for a sewer replacement for our home in Laguna and these guys came in not the cheapest but definitely the most thorough. Two other plumbers basically tried to push tankless on me before they even looked at the unit. I did a Google search to find a plumber that was open and found Precision Plumbing in Mission Viejo. Within an hour of my call, Martin was at my door. He diagnosed the problem and gave me some options. I chose getting a new water heater and fixing associated fittings.

Martin was back out Monday morning to do the work. They were prompt, professional and friendly. They knew I had a tight schedule and they finished earlier than expected.
